LGob is the proper way to build bindings (static analysis at build time, generation of sources, compilation of shared libraries, period) but LGI (http://github.com/pavouk/lgi) is becoming the de-facto standard. Check if it is a viable alternative and how this will relate to cross-compilation.

In adg-0.7.1 the LGI bindings work out of the box. This means adg-lua no more provides bindings for ADG. The goal has been changed to a collection of demonstration programs to expose how to use ADG LGI bindings. The recently released adg-lua-0.1.0 fulfills the above goal.
