Issue 42: Provide some binary packages - Automatic Drawing Generation

To spread the library, there should be some binary packages that 
provides at least a usable adg-demo program, just to clarify what 
the ADG has been deveoped for.

A binary for windows 32 platform is available for download at

Out of the box, it provides a working adg-demo with an 
installer/uninstaller based on NSIS.
